How We Work
1. Once you have accepted your planning and/or building control quote, we’ll get in touch to outline the next steps. If you’re providing your own measurements, we can begin immediately. If not, we’ll arrange a home visit to take accurate measurements and photographs.
2. After your online design consultation, we will talk through your aims — whether that is adding bedrooms, improving storage, converting a garage, or anything else — and offer guidance on the best approach.
3. After the meeting, our team will begin preparing your drawings. You will receive your full drawing package within 10–21 working days, or 7 working days if you choose the express option, ready for your review and approval.
4. Once you are satisfied with the plans, we’ll take care of submitting all required planning and building control applications and keep you informed throughout the process. Local authorities typically take around 8 weeks to issue a decision.
5. When approval is granted, we will send everything over to you so you can move forward with the construction phase.
